# COFFR

> Secure, verified bank-detail sharing for businesses. COFFR replaces emailing PDFs and screenshots of routing/account numbers with one-time tokenized links, identity verification on both ends, and a tamper-evident audit trail anchored on the Hedera public ledger.

COFFR is a B2B fintech platform. Senders verify their identity once (Persona KYC + Twilio OTP, optional Telnyx voice biometric), connect or attest a bank account (Plaid-backed), then share verified ACH details with a recipient via a single-use link. Recipients see who shared, when, and proof the details have not been tampered with. The same flow works in reverse: a business can request bank details from a vendor or contractor through a guided KYC + verification flow. Every state change is signed and anchored to Hedera, giving both parties a cryptographic receipt suitable for audit, dispute, and compliance review.

Built for accounting teams, vendor onboarding, payroll, real-estate closings, legal trust accounts, and any workflow that today moves account numbers over email.
